Chinkwell Tor is one of the latest and last cottages to be converted at Holwell. Completed just before Christmas 2007, Chinkwell was originally the kennels for the farm and estate.

Located in the upper yard level, it is enclosed by a granite wall and has a sheltered lawned garden outside the front door. It's elevated position affords great views over the roof of Hay Tor cottage below to Ripon Tor in the distance.
